These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 100cuciasia ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 100cuciasia platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the 100cuciasia platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Upon registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. 100cuciasia reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC process. False or misleading information may result in the suspension or closure of your account without prior notice.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at 100cuciasia. Registering multiple accounts using different names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or banking details is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. 100cuciasia recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact our support team immediately. 100cuciasia is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

100cuciasia provides deposit and withdrawal services through approved local Malaysia payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most payment methods.
